Wow, I don’t even know where to start. From the initial enquiries to handing back Snugs the whole thing was effortless. Incredible customer service from this lovely family run business. When we collected the van we’d been left the most thoughtful gift which was a hamper filled with some essentials for our trip which was just perfect. They allow pets so we were able to take our pooch with us. And it was extremely comfortable! Even the baby slept through.
